Core Vision offers the following engineering consulting services to our clients. While conventional in terms of subject matter, there is a growing market in Australia for well applied and practical solutions to rectify poor design, construction, commissioning or operational issues. This combined with increased complexity in the operation of modern buildings, and a lack of a specific training regime to up skill property management teams, is leading to building performance being degraded.

Development Consulting
Core Vision can advise clients in control of new developments in terms of building design team deliverables, building efficiency, design options, energy efficiency, construction options, commissioning and ongoing maintenance issues.

Generally this role is achieved at Project Control Group level reporting directly to the owner or his development manager. Core Vision has also provided due-diligence services on premium buildings as part of this role.

New Building Design - Mechanical Services
Core Vision has the capacity and continues to design, document and oversee the construction of new buildings with respect to mechanical services.

Re-engineering
Core Vision has completed numerous commissions in the auditing and strategic analysis of projects to enable the owner to purchase or re-develop an asset with a clear path for expenditure and increased returns.

Capex Project Management
Core Vision has completed numerous commissions in terms of plant upgrades and replacement, from the simple replacement of equipment to a major change out of primary plant as part of an overall strategy for the building.

Maintenance Management
Core Vision provides maintenance management solutions for a number of projects where we prepare specifications obtain quotes, execute contracts and oversee the maintenance regimes.
