Accounts payable automation
myBuildings has built in automation to enable accounts processes to be linked to work requests, reducing risk and ensuring smooth, easy approvals. It also has proven integration with a wide range of financial system providers.
Express invoicing
The express invoicing module of myBuildings allows recurring purchase orders to be created for Statutory and utility invoices (such as land tax, water rates or electricity).
It utilises Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning to speed up the data entry process.
Capital expenditure management
Our new Capex module allows full project management capability, helping you manage your project budget and approvals for expenditure requests. The module includes Projects, Budgets, Cost items and Expenditure requests.
